Oversee storage, handling, and distribution of yarn and other raw materials.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and clearing agents for smooth delivery.
Collaborate closely with production, planning, quality, and finance departments for end-to-end coordination.
Maintain procurement data, contracts, and supplier records in ERP systems.
Track key KPIs, including procurement costs, delivery performance, and inventory turnover.
Prepare periodic management reports and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal regulations.
Assess supply chain risks (price fluctuations, supplier dependency, logistics delays) and develop mitigation strategies.
