•Lead, manage, and mentor the M&E team, including Quantity Surveyors and design engineers.

•Oversee and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of M&E cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

•Provide expert technical guidance and review M&E design drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure optimal performance, constructability, compliance with standards, and cost-effectiveness.

•Drive value engineering initiatives to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in M&E systems without compromising quality or functionality.

•Manage the technical aspects of the tendering process, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations for M&E works.

•Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, design consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless project execution.

•Develop and implement M&E project execution strategies, standards, and best practices.

•Ensure all M&E designs and installations comply with local regulations, international codes, and company standards.

•Manage and oversee all M&E aspects of operational projects at the Bangladesh base, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project goals.

•A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

•A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in M&E engineering, with a significant focus on both design and estimation.

•Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing technical teams.

•Essential: Strong technical background and direct experience in M&E systems design (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems) and cost estimation.

•In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and relevant industry standards.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
