Job Description

1. Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Lead the nationwide sales team to deliver consistent growth across all channels (general trade, modern trade, wholesale, and export).
  • Monitor sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reviews, ensuring corrective actions where required.

2. Market Expansion & Innovation

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the Company’s presence in existing and emerging segments.
  • Implement innovative and creative sales initiatives to strengthen market penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure synergy between campaigns and sales execution.

3. Distributor & Channel Management

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors and key trade partners.
  • Ensure efficient distributor operations including territory planning, inventory management, and ROI optimization.
  • Drive effective trade marketing and channel programs to improve brand visibility and market share.

4. Productivity & Salesforce Management

  • Enhance sales team efficiency through structured training, performance monitoring, and incentive programs.
  • Deploy digital tools and analytics to improve field productivity and decision-making.
  • Create and enforce sales discipline and execution standards across all regions.

5. People Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing sales team across regions.
  • Provide structured training, coaching, and mentoring to build future leaders within the sales function.
  • Uphold and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA

Additional Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 15–18 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing nationwide sales and distributors.

Proven record of driving sales growth, expanding markets, and building strong distributor networks.

Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
