Graduation in agriculture or a relevant subject.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational growth
• Strong understanding of the seed industry, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
