• Candidate should have good knowledge of Industrial Relation like Oversee and manage all aspects of Industrial relations with the factory level.
• Candidate should have Ability to effectively handle disputes and mediate between employees and management. Should knowledge to Maintain Positive work environment with Management and worker in the factory.
• Candidate should have very good on practical work experience knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act and Bangladesh Labor rules.
• 8 to 10 (not require more than 10 years) years’ Experience in industrial relations/employee relations, particularly in a plant or manufacturing setup.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English & Bangla, with the ability to manage sensitive negotiations and interactions.
• Candidate should have Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.

Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field, BBA/MBA from reputed University.

Experience-Proven working experience as an Industrial Relation field to help both management
and employee by formulation of labor law practice and in their transition into action.
6+ years of practical Job experience and good knowledge of labor laws.
