Vendor & Partner Management

Negotiate contracts with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

Build and maintain strong relationships with global trade partners

Operational Oversight

Manage import documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking

Oversee risk management and contingency planning for import disruptions

Implement KPIs to monitor import performance and efficiency

Team Development

Lead and mentor the import team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Provide training on trade compliance and operational best practices

Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
8–10 years in import operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and logistics expertise.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and trade compliance software.
Deep understanding of INCOTERMS, HS codes, customs procedures, and trade regulations.
