• Responsible for play a pivotal role in generating volume for the plant, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure overall manufacturing efficiency and optimizing new product development lead time.
• Leading, guiding, motivating Product development Engineers, Quality Assurance, ISO-13485, Engineering and trial Production team.
• Prepare Personnel Development Training Plan and Material for effective Training and progress
  Record and control all Customer master Samples and Exiting product, Material protocol samples. 
• New potential Product feasibility study-Costing, BOM, Sourcing related Material and Machine Equipment's
• New product Design according to Customer demand or design, Prototype/protocols
  Design MS, Products parts, pattern, Jig, fixture and related tolling and Ordering from external source. 

Education: Honors/Masters/B.sc Engineering (Preferable RUET, KUET, And CUET University)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:   

Candidate should have good knowledge in Engineering Product Design, Jigs & Fixture Design Manufacturing Processes. Troubleshooting, New Product Management, Tools & Techniques. ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute product development projects while ensuring the team meets deadlines and budget constraints.
 

Qualifications and Experience: Education: Honors/Masters/B.sc Engineering (Preferable RUET, KUET, And CUET University)

• 6-8 years progressive experience in manufacturing, quality, operations, production planning and or development of new products in an engineering environment. 
• Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP/ SAP/ ORACLE systems and their use in a manufacturing environment is added advantage. 
• Proficiency in Auto Cad, Solid works, Pro E, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Net platforms. 
• Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
