• Oversee the daily operations of the air freight department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage and optimize air freight routes, ensuring cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Negotiate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure competitive pricing and ensure smooth shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, air cargo regulations, and security protocols.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs related to on-time deliveries, cost savings, and service quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.

• Several years of experience in air freight, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing air freight operations, including handling cargo, customs regulations, and documentation.
• Experience in vendor management, cost control, and negotiation with airlines and other freight carriers.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and air cargo regulations.
