* Determine FOB, CM, and SMV-based pricing for buyer quotations.

* Liaise with suppliers to collect updated prices and negotiate best rates.

* Monitor profit margins and suggest cost optimization strategies.

* Work with merchandising and sample teams to track cost changes during development.

* Maintain a detailed costing database for all buyers and styles.

* Stay informed on market trends for fabric, trims, and production costs.

* Generate regular costing and variance analysis reports for management.

* Ensure costing practices follow company SOPs and audit standards.

* Support and mentor junior costing staff if required.

* Coordinate with planning, production, and procurement teams for accurate inputs.
