Job Description
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable to the company.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to senior management.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Additional Educational Requirements
- BBA/ MBA in Marketing from reputed University
- Graduate in other discipline can also apply if experienced.
