Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate financial information to management.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closing, including preparation of financial statements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting any variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of financial strategies and long-term financial goals.
  • Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for necessary adjustments.
