Lead development, monitoring and auditing of all Regulatory, Legal, and organization compliance requirements as relate to employment.

Research, analyze and summarize statutory law and regulatory law as it relates to HR and employment issue. 

Audit compliance with company policies, procedures, governmental regulations and quality controls in order to identify risks and non-compliance. Monitor, analyze, and report, organization-wide, on current HR programs and HR/Labor Relations regulatory/legislative compliance issues and trends.
