• Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes for different organization..
• Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates for local office need as well as other wings requisition around the world.
• Communicate with international candidates smoothly and convince them to apply.
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
• Perform necessary background checks
