• Manage and optimize all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ensure production processes are executed efficiently, meeting production targets while upholding product quality and safety.
• Ensure the plant operates in strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Lead regulatory inspections and audits, addressing any compliance issues promptly and effectively. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
