Ensure necessary technical support and coordinate with field level programme for effective implementation of GI plan Arrange meetings, dialogue, special events at district level Organise quarterly and monthly staff coordination meeting at district level Work in partnership with programme field management and ensure necessary support for implementing activities through different level of staff, volunteers and other stakeholders Staff capacity building of partnering programme for facilitating gender integration (GI) approach Coordinate with DBR for involving different stakeholders for effective implementation planning activities Ensure monthly follow up and reporting to focal (Head office) Ensure support for quality control & result reporting

Masters in Economics/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Education/ Social Science/ Social work/ Public Health/ Women & Gender Studies/ MBA or any other relevant subject from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations

Strong interpersonal communication skills Sound understanding on gender equality, women empowerment and development Ability of strong coordination and partnership building Good capacity and management skill of field operation Facilitated different training session, workshop and meeting Ability to do hard work with utmost dedication and integrity Good understanding of the organisation’s goals and objectives
